“The communication process about the design was easy and quick, the lanyards arrived faster than expected, and they look great. However, they had a very strong paint smell (like the smell of spray paint) that lingered for some time even after we opened the bags, and one of the clasps broke after only two uses. We're hoping that is a fluke! So far, we are really happy with the feel and look of the lanyards.”
